Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations at BlueGym. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policies.
1. Subscription Plans
Monthly Membership & Weekend Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what to expect:
- Before renewal date: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
- No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused days within a billing period.
- Access continues: You retain full gym access until your current period ends.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your member dashboard
- Navigate to "Subscription" section
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

2. Session Packages
Pre-paid Session Credits
Session packages are non-refundable once purchased. Please note:
- Sessions must be used within the validity period
- Expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended
- Sessions cannot be transferred to another member

3. Walk-in Sessions
Walk-in Access ($10/session)
Walk-in sessions are non-refundable once access has been granted. Walk-in payments are processed via HitPay. Please note:
- Each walk-in session provides 3 hours of gym access
- No refund is available after the QR code has been scanned for entry
- If you experience issues with entry, contact staff immediately at the front desk
4. Trial Membership
7-Day Trial ($19)
The trial membership fee of $19 is non-refundable. The trial is limited to one per person and is intended to allow you to experience our facilities before committing to a subscription.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds or credits in the following situations:
- Medical reasons: With valid medical documentation preventing gym use for an extended period
- Relocation: Moving to an area without BlueGym access (with proof of new address)
- Service disruption: Extended closure of facilities due to circumstances within our control
Exceptional circumstance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@bluegym.sg with supporting documentation.
6. Membership Freeze
Instead of cancelling, you may request to freeze your membership:
- Minimum freeze period: 1 month
- Maximum freeze period: 3 months per year
- Freeze requests must be made at least 7 days before billing date
- A freeze fee of $10/month may apply
7. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act:
- New members have a 5-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase
- Full refund available if cancellation is requested within this period
- Applicable only if the membership has not been used
8. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
