What membership plans are available?

We offer flexible plans to suit every schedule:

  • Monthly Membership — $55/month: Full access to all outlets, any time during operating hours
  • Weekend — $30/month: Access Friday 7 PM through Sunday (Pelikat and CCK only)

Monthly Membership includes access to all BlueGym outlets (Pelikat, CCK, and Jurong). Weekend plans are available at Pelikat and CCK only.

Can I use any outlet with my membership?

Yes! All membership plans grant access to all BlueGym outlets — Pelikat, CCK, and Jurong. There are no outlet-specific restrictions.

Simply check in at whichever location is most convenient for you on any given day.

Walk-in Access

Can I visit without a membership?

Yes! We offer walk-in access at $10 per session at any of our outlets.

How it works:

  • Scan the QR code at the entrance of any BlueGym outlet
  • Complete payment via HitPay
  • Enjoy up to 3 hours of gym access

No membership or commitment required — just pay and work out!

Trial Membership

What is the trial? Is it free?

Our trial is a paid trial that gives you full gym access for 7 days at a reduced rate of $19 SGD.

This is not a free trial - the $19 covers your 7-day access period. We believe in transparency: you pay a small amount upfront to try us risk-free, with no hidden charges.

Try risk-free: If BlueGym isn't right for you, cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged the regular subscription rate.

What happens after my trial ends?

When your 7-day trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at the regular plan rate you selected during signup (e.g., Monthly Membership at $55/month).

Important dates:

  • Day 1-7: Trial period ($19 already paid)
  • Day 8: First regular charge for your selected plan
  • Monthly thereafter: Automatic renewal

You'll receive an email reminder before your trial ends.

Can I use the trial more than once?

No. The trial is limited to one per person. This is enforced by your email address and payment method.

If you've previously completed a trial (even if you cancelled), you'll need to subscribe to a regular plan to rejoin BlueGym.

Changing Your Plan

Can I change my plan after subscribing?

To switch to a different plan, you'll need to cancel your current subscription first, then sign up for the new plan.

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard. Any deposit terms will apply based on your contract status.

Cancellation

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to your Dashboard
  • Contact our staff or email us at hello@bluegym.sg
  • We'll process your cancellation request

When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation
  • You can rejoin anytime (but trial cannot be repeated)

Cancellations are not refundable for the current billing period. We recommend cancelling at least a few days before your next billing date.

Payment Issues

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, here's what happens:

  • Immediate: Your subscription status changes to "Past Due"
  • Retry: The payment system will automatically retry a few times over several days
  • Access: Your gym access may be restricted until payment is resolved
  • Resolution: Update your payment method in your account to resolve the issue

We'll send you email notifications about failed payments so you can take action.

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, please contact our staff at the gym or email us at hello@bluegym.sg. We'll send you a secure link to update your card details.

Session Packages

Do session packages renew automatically?

No. Session packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

When you run out of sessions or they expire, you'll need to manually purchase a new package if you want more sessions.

This gives you full control - no surprise charges!

When do my sessions expire?

Session validity depends on the package you purchased:

  • Starter Pack (5 sessions): Valid for 30 days
  • Regular Pack (10 sessions): Valid for 60 days
  • Power Pack (20 sessions): Valid for 90 days

The expiry date is shown in your Dashboard under "Session Credits".
