Terms of Service

Welcome to BlueGym. By accessing our facilities or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Agreement
By registering for a BlueGym membership, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- Comply with all gym rules and regulations
2. Membership Types
Subscription Plans
We offer the following recurring membership plans:
- Monthly Membership — $55/month, full access during all operating hours
- Weekend — $30/month, Friday 7 PM to Sunday 11:59 PM (Pelikat and CCK only)
Monthly Membership grants access to all BlueGym outlets. Weekend plans are available at Pelikat and CCK only. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Walk-in Access
Non-members may purchase walk-in access at $5 per session via HitPay. Walk-in sessions grant 3 hours of gym access from the time of payment. A QR code is provided upon payment for entry. Walk-in access is available at all outlets.
Session Packages
Pre-paid session credits that can be used within the validity period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
3. Gym Rules and Conduct
All members must:
- Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Return weights and equipment to designated areas
- Respect other members and staff
- Not engage in personal training of others without authorization
- Not photograph or video record other members without consent

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours will result in immediate membership termination without refund:
- Harassment or intimidation of members or staff
- Use of prohibited substances on premises
- Damage to gym property
- Sharing membership access with non-members
- Any illegal activity
4. Check-in Requirements
Members must check in upon each visit using one of the following methods:
- Facial recognition (if registered)
- Member ID verification
- QR code scan (if available)
Failure to check in may result in denial of entry.
5. Health and Safety
Health Declaration
By using our facilities, you confirm that:
- You are in good physical health to participate in exercise activities
- You have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions
- You will inform staff of any health issues that may affect your workout
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. BlueGym provides equipment and facilities, but you are responsible for using them safely and within your capabilities.
6. Liability
BlueGym is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings (lockers are provided but not insured)
- Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
- Health issues arising from pre-existing medical conditions
We recommend securing valuables in provided lockers and not bringing items of significant value to the gym.
7. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through HitPay
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
- Failed payments may result in suspension of access
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable
8. Cancellation
For subscription cancellation terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.
9. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through your account settings. Upon request:
- Your facial recognition (biometric) data is deleted immediately
- Your account data is retained for 60 days to allow for reinstatement
- After 60 days, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled before an account deletion request can be processed
10. Modifications to Terms
BlueGym reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice at our facilities. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
